Throughout the year, Foothills Pregnancy Resource Center hosts many events for both our clients and our partners in the work that we do. From the annual gala to the client pamper day to the baby bottle drives at local churches, there is always something you can look forward to attending. Check out what is coming up below!
We are excited to offer our clients time to meet with a mentor who can provide encouragement, spiritual direction and prayer support. We have time slots available on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Please call our office if you are interested or have any questions!
We hope you can join us as we discuss fun and creative parenting strategies in 3 sessions! We’ll meet at FPRC (924 Buena Vista St., Suite 202, Duarte) from 10:30AM – 11:30AM. Children are welcome and the sessions will include snack, story time and playtime for them to enjoy. This is geared for moms, dads and/or guardians needing some ideas, encouragement and to realize they’re not alone!
Save the date for the following Tuesdays so you don’t miss out on engaging conversations about new parenting, staying the course with toddlers and much more…
Session 1 – Tuesday, February 21
Session 2 – Tuesday, March 14
Session 3 – Tuesday, April 11
Session 4 – Tuesday, May 9
Please RSVP by calling our center at (626) 358-2122. You can leave your name with our receptionist or a voicemail indicating interest if we are unable to answer your call. As an added bonus, we’ll have a raffle for a chance to win a gift card for those who RSVP. Look forward to seeing you there!
2022 Virtual Gala
Capturing This Moment
In Capturing This Moment, we shared testimonies from clients who were impacted by the services we provide. Partner churches shared their hearts for the needs of the women, men and children we serve together. Two organizations that have come alongside and sowed into our center shared about the impact they have made to help us better serve our community. This moment in time has impacted our center more than any in modern times and we are excited to share with you how we are poised to serve our community better and stronger than ever.
2021 Sharing Our Story
Virtual Gala and Silent Auction
We premiered our second ever virtual gala on Friday, November 5, 2021. This gala event was to raise funds and awareness of our life-changing and hope-recycling work. Our gala “Sharing Our Story” shared stories of lives which have been served, helped, and saved, along with stories from those who serve with us as donors, volunteers and partners. Rather than meeting as a large group gathered in one place, we carried out our message two ways in a hybrid fashion. Our video and silent auction premiered online for our supporters to watch from the comfort and safety of their own home. We also had small groups assembled in a variety of locations that evening for “Watch Parties.” Watch Parties took place in private homes, church buildings and office spaces. Everyone got to experience real stories of hands-on help and hope. Women, men and their children receive medical care, assistance, support, supplies and hope all at FPRC!
2020 Be The Light
Virtual Gala and Silent Auction
Friday, November 6, 2020, we debuted our first ever virtual gala. Rather than gathering together over a meal, we invited you to tour our center from the safety and comfort of your own home. Watch as our team gives you a glimpse into the way we serve the community and listen as they share multiple stories of how FPRC impacts lives for the better. Meet Theresa who is gifted with a precious bundle of life! Meet Janette who found hope in a bag! Meet Paulina who got a start to a brand new life! Meet Marcy and Jeff who got a brand new start! And meet Maria who witnessed the miracle of ultrasound! You will hear from local churches who partner with us and learn how you can be a light in the work we do.
2020 Fashion Fling
Rather than cancel this much loved annual event, we made it virtual for you to enjoy in the comfort and safety of your own home. Enjoy watching the models present ensembles from United Thrift and listening to stories of how FPRC continues to be a light even in these challenging times!
